They very publicly offered a guy who isn't in their recruiting class ~8x what they probably offered him. Michigan lost this kid the second they decided to keep seriously pushing on Underwood. The program obviously doesn't actually want him. This means actually nothing for what Underwood does.

This is extremely false. Most of the mods connected with Michigan on the pay sites are saying its a longshot at best still.

The fact of the matter is they are not beating us with NIL, and it wasnt even an NIL recruitment as to the reason why he chose us in the first place. He is choosing us because we feature QBs, have guys win heismans, go high in draft and Nuss is currently throwing for 330 yards a game. On their end Harbaugh is gone, he already didnt feature a QB much, this year their QBs are throwing for 130 yards a game and the fact is Bryce isnt interested in a school that wants to him to hand it off 40 times a game and the biggest games he'll play in throw for 150 or less yards. He wants to showcase his talent, not be a backburner game manager to a defense and run game. This is why he is not going to Michigan nor is he interested at all and has remained that way throughout this whole process.

I'd honestly be way more worried about if someone like Ohio State came along and pushed him really hard because they do produce really good QB play there, can easily compete/exceed NIL and such. But we're talking Michigan here, they cant/dont do any of that. Nobody would even be talking about this if pay sites didnt exist to push clicks on this nonsense. Bryce hasnt ever given 1 hint of being interested in going to Michigan, nor recently as well. In fact multiple times over he has made fun of or laughed about them.

The fact is the #1 overall recruit will sell clicks when they want to produce them. Theres nothing of substance here to even worry about. He hasnt visited there, he doesnt talk positively about them, hes remained firmly committed here and coming down here next weekend. His parents have it setup well down here too.
