I live in South Florida now. Miami is definitely not a college football town at all. Many people here with different diverse backgrounds, and interest. Plus there’s so much to do the canes used to be big back in the day but they’re not anymore. Even the Dolphins are not a big draw down here.

Thats because alot of their "alumni" from those early 90's years were paying alot for lawyers to keep them out of prison for drug and weapon's charges.

I was at UCLA 3 years and Miami sounds a lot like LA. Other than the Dodgers and Lakers they don't care about sports. USC had their time, but college sports is a long afterthought as the weather is always gorgeous...and the beaches, surf, music, and, unlike Miami, mountains with skiing nearby,
