May I suggest a hobby of some sort?

Don't look that much into it, I'm still playing basketball at almost 40 and coaching. I appreciate the suggestion though.

There is almost a zero chance that you are this stupid. It’s an act, right?

There were some on this board who were titillated when Wade was fired because they live for firing coaches. They were chortling over him getting busted by the FBI and especially the charges of payment from his wife's checking account ( which did not involve an LSU player).

No, I was not one of those , Wade was abused by the strong arm tactics of the NCAA Gestapo bastards who looked teheother way from far greater violations by Cal, Coach K, Good Ole Uncle Roy, Pearl and company. To this day the NCAA has not proven a single violation by Wade. LSU accepted some charges as part of the resolution with the bigger exposure for football. It was no coincidence that both times the NCAA charges were levied against Wade right before the NCAA tournament.

You linked a post that none of us have posted in, yet you typed this:

The best SEC coach in the last five years? It’s not a dark day for LSU man, Woodward will make a splash hire and everyone will be forgetting about this come November. Raise the money, go hire Drew, Bennett, Sampson, Painter, or Musselman and we will be fine.

Seriously, you can’t be this stupid.

The only posters that wanted Wade gone were casuals that use terms like “streetball” and “we can do better”. Complete morons.

And Wade didn’t get busted by the FBI, nor was his wife’s checking account used to pay a player. Using moron posters to justify moronic takes doesn’t really help your cause.

Was just an example. I’ve got work to do. Plenty of people on here were fed up with Will Wade. He refused to play a big man, pissed a bunch of “y’all” off, including me.

And? Woodward didn’t make the splash hire I suggested. He should’ve taken my advice huh?

I was very disappointed when we fired Will Wade as I’m sure others were on here

Truly Mind boggling

ETA:LSU wasn’t hiring a big name coach after firing Wade at that time

Would it make you feel better if I said Wade's communicating with a handler for recruits was exposed by the wire tap?
I didn't say he paid players through his wife's account, the allegation was it was hush money to a former player's girlfriend , the player having played fo rhim at a prior stop.

Happy, now?

Yes, morons like you were fed up with “streetball”. Again, same goes to you - using moron posters to justify your moronic takes doesn’t have the effect you think it does.

Muh streetballers didn’t like Wade, therefore fans wanted him gone. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

"During a later interview with The Associated Press, Wade also refused to use today’s changed climate in the sport — with allegations of payments tied to Wade’s LSU ouster essentially legal now with college athletes allowed to profit from their fame — as a pass.

“That to me is a cop-out,” Wade told the AP. “When I was doing that, it was illegal. Just because it’s legal now doesn’t mean it was the right thing to do then. And I think that’s the way that some people rationalize some things, but that’s not the reality of what it was. It wasn’t right to do then and, you know, I paid for it.”

Will Wade admits to wrongdoing, fans still think he didn't do it.

Are you? Asking people to state actual facts shouldn’t come with a caveat. It should just be expected. But then again, if you don’t have the initiative of your own to actually want to state facts, then shame on you and whoever raised you.

bullshite. No one said Wade wasn’t paying players.

Can you not read? You are one dumb person.

Wade was not being investigated by the FBI. Paying players is not against the law. He used his wife’s checking account to pay off an extortionist. Stating facts isn’t denying truth, but distorting facts doesn’t make you sound any better.

Oh, he will get us to a tournament. I'm not arguing that. I doubt in his ability to win a national championship, or even a Final 4. 11 NBA players logged minutes in his years here before, and just 1 Sweet 16 appearance. Even doing things illegally. At least Calipari won him one, Wade couldn't even buy himself one.

So you think McMahon had a better chance of winning a title here than Will Wade

What a frickin idiot

Calipari was 53 years old when he won his sole national championship. Will Wade is 43 years old.

Meaningless to your argument though, right?
