I guess I'm the only one high on him

He’s a shooter. But I’m not sure he’s going to be ahead of the others. I guess it depends on what type of lineup McMahon wants to play. I feel like he would sit behind miller, and Sutton. Without seeing the team, it would appear to me that we are going to struggle defensively as it is. Not sure that bringing in a shooting big is going to help complete a roster. But he would be a nice piece.

The stache game is solid.

Literally. Opposite sides of the country.

Did a little dive on him. Wouldn’t be a bad depth piece. Finished the year strong but was otherwise pretty inconsistent in a meh league and rebounding numbers aren’t impressive. But otherwise pretty skilled.

Who?
Of the guys returning, Givens was a 25% 3-point shooter. Miller was 20%. That's not to say either won't improve, but it's going to take big improvement to be "good". Sutton and King aren't really "shooters" (both around 30% on limited 3 point shots). None of the true freshmen coming in are considered to be tremendous shooters (at least not immediately). Thomas hasn't shot an awful % at UNLV, but he's not a high volume shooter (averaging less than three 3 point attempts and only 1 made 3 pointer per game). Compare that to a guy like Sears who prior to LSU was shot 41% on a much higher volume of 3's.
That's what I've been screaming. Need 2 more shooters. Not going to get them imo.
Maybe I'm in the minority but if they really had millions and millions of dollars and this is what they ended up with just wow.

I’d even settle for just one more.

People will be upset that he’s not a great shooter but he’s a very good net positive basketball player. Would be a great add

Skillings would be a solid add. He's a balanced player who would contribute on both ends of the floor.

I’d actually really like the pickup. He’d start at the 3 spot for us and give us a lot of experience. Had a stretch to start big 12 play where he scored 18 in three straight games against K-state, Arizona, and Baylor. In a perfect world we add him and another starting caliber SG shooting at least 35% from 3

Definitely a useful player. I would love the pickup. Not everyone has to be a shooter. I think people were just pointing out there isn't much shooting on the roster.

Nothing new really, sounds like Baylor, LSU, USC are the official 3. With visiting this week I’d expect a decision by next weekend

Cindy fans seem to not like him. They are saying he turns it over a bunch, doesn't have a great motor, and will smile on the bench while losing

Not directly LSU related but just thought it was worth sharing.
Adam Miller entered the portal again, the rumor is he wants to go back to Illinois
And Shawn Phillips is headed to Missouri.
