Because we have solid low post depth and he is probably asking for a HUGE bag. We need at least 2 more very good wing players. We have 5 big men as of now on the roster. Having 6 PF’s/C’s on a roster would not be smart

I get that, I just find after watching many years of sec ball that 7’0 footers who can actually move are super valuable to teams that have them

I would be cool with this playing out.

Assume they’re a package deal. Takai looks decent. 37% from 3. Tajuan only shoots about 26% but im not gonna pretend i know much about the rest of his game.

Brings back memories of Harold and Carroll Boudreaux. Harold was a Tiger and Carrol was a Ragin Cajun.

Thomas was a huge get

Nwoko and these 2 would be pretty average. I guess they could be solid depth pieces, but that would mean we need one more big get that can score

Jaland Lowe from Pitt officially entered the portal today.

I think he actually went on visits before he entered which is nuts, LSU might have been one of them

Why would these be average and only depth pieces? Honestly I'm asking because their numbers look pretty good

Word I got from a source within Trilly’s server was that Lowe met with Florida, Miami, LSU and Pitt (for a possible return). Didn’t get any info if these meetings were in person or by zoom. He’s also testing the draft waters like I mentioned before. Not sure how Dedan’s commitment plays into that recruitment but I’ll try to find out.

Elon is a very average school in a below mediocre conference, you can expect a decent dropoff in scoring. I think we need one more legit scorer

Well this one is very interesting. Reminds me of a Tari Eason type. Majority of his highlights are on the wing and attacking. He has increased his shooting each season. If McMahon is creative enough, we could have some lineups with him playing the 3

Eh I don’t think the reality of transfer production across college basketball the last several years shows that. You can’t just say a player came from a weaker conference or played for a weaker team so their production will drop off. Plenty of big time players for big time tournament teams would have fit that description before the season. It’s about identifying the individual player and their skill set and development. You can pretty much throw out were they played before

Not hearing much about LSU for Passmore. It does sound like LSU is legitimately in the running for Keyshawn Hall and the call went very well. Hall is asking for a big NIL bag and sounds like LSU is willing to meet it where some other schools he talked to aren’t. Would be a really fun piece.

I dont know what his number is, but I would probably pay it. He is a huge physical presence at 6'7 235 but plays more like a guard that can probably guard positions 2-5 in most cases. Good rebounder (great for a guard if you call him that), legit threat from 3 with volume at a decent clip...would be an impact guy for sure.

He's a guy you can start alongside Jalen Reed and Robert Miller III and kind of let Rob Miller do his game for the most part and you have quite the height between those 3 all on the floor at the same time.
