Bradley is LSU lock if KMM is still here, which is very likely.

I seriously doubt Kim will leave before getting a home grown talent like that. She'll more than likely be 6'6 - 6'7" by the time she gets to LSU.

Agreed. I don’t see Mulkey retiring anytime soon.

Her interview after the South Carolina game gave me no indication she plans on retiring anytime soon.

"I'm only in year 4"

I think she rides the next two classes out and calls it a day. The drama leaving the program definitely bought us a few more years with her.

She’s 61 and still has those competitive juices flowing.
I can’t see her going past 70 though so we can enjoy her a few more seasons.

Looking at the roster it looks like they will have 3 spots open for the class of 26 , depending on who transfers out it will be more than that.

It will be interesting to see who they go after.

Read last year that her parents love Coach Kim. Her older brother is playing football at LA Tech this fall.

Her dad was committed to LSU as a TE in the 90’s, but had a terrible fish frying accident and eventually ended up at Tech after recovering. I’ve never met them, but have met some of their family. They’re great people. I cannot imagine her not going to play for Mulkey.

Listening to Redus on a podcast talk about the incoming recruits and he glowed about all 4 but sounded like he thought Johnson was the most well rounded of the group coming out of high school.

Watching South Carolina-UConn right now and the Egyptian center for UConn is exactly what we are missing.

I was wondering if we were still hoping for that talented center from Spain

That fish frying accident was being stuck behind David Lafleur on the depth chart. That's why Josh transferred to Tech. He ended up being drafted and playing a couple years in Tennessee before shredding his knees. And yes, Caroline is an LSU lock barring a Mulkey departure.

If Caroline does indeed come to LSU , we’d get her for two years with the incoming class of 25.

Throw in a Kate Harpring at PG for the class of 26 and that team would be fun to watch .

Hey guys, I'm gonna go watch Etiwanda vs Ontario Christian at the CIF southern section championships on Saturday. I'll get a chance to see Grace Knox live in person, as well as Kaleena Smith (whom Kim is also recruiting) at this game. Should be a good one! Etiwanda is the defending champs and Ontario Christian is currently ranked #1.

Here's a preview of the game!

Absolutely! Me and one of my boys are going. They're also showing the boys open division championship game. Should be a great basketball afternoon / evening!

So I went to the CIF Southern Section championship game between Ontario Christian and Etiwanda high schools. Got to see LSU recruit Grace Knox in person for the first time. Additionally, the #1 sophomore in the nation, Kaleena Smith, was also playing in the game. Here's a short clip of the highlights........

OC 65, Etiwanda 63

So, let me preface this by saying some people in the audience told me that Knox is dealing with a leg injury, and it did appear that she was favoring one leg during the game. With that being said, I'd say in THIS GAME, she was probably the fourth best player on the floor. She finished with 9 pts and 7 rebs. She absolutely has range all the way to the three point line, and she appears to have potential to be a great rebounder. But in this game, she didn't really show much in that regard. She hit her only three point attempt in the second half, but I thought her defense and rebounding were good, not great. Not as good as I was expecting to see from a five star recruit. I trust that the LSU coaching staff has seen much more of her than me. LOL!.........................But, I'm not sure that she is someone who's going to make a big impact for our team as a freshman. I could be wrong...................................I HOPE I'm wrong. But, that's what I saw last night.

It was a great game, however. Etiwanda was down by 13 points in the second half and was able to gain the lead in the last two minutes, Then they proceeded to give it away in the last minute and a half.

I don’t expect any of the incoming class to come in and start next year , but hopefully they all can contribute some good minutes off the bench.

The portal will be big for Mulkey.

Hope they spend more money than they did last year.
