Actually, the way Poole played in the tournament, she's more than adequate at that position. She's great on defense, shoots 40% from the three, and can distribute the ball very well. Turning the ball over too much is a minor thing that can be worked out. Having someone at the point of attack of your defense who is a tenacious on ball defender, is an asset.

Justine Pissott from Tennessee is in the portal now. She was a McDonald's AA and the only recruit they signed in 2022 and they have no signees yet for the 2023 class.

They're picking the Summit tree clean like USC after Pete Carroll. Also wonder if they're averse to a male coach as some thought of honoring Summit.

Well I will now sit back, relax, and watch what happens in the next week or so. I would sure bet that at least one transferring player named in this thread is an LSU Tiger before April is over.

Not to completely derail this thread, but I know what SC lost. I hope they're stacking bags to fill those cupboards, or LSU is gonna run away with this thing. Tennessee hasn't been recruiting well so they have to feast in the portal as well.

It would be naive to think Dawn Staley and SC won’t clean up in the portal, especially given the experience they lost with what, four members of their team going in the first round of the draft?
But there’s plenty to go around. This portal is loaded. I’ll be shocked if we don’t end up with both an impact frontcourt and backcourt player.

Kim needs to get a veteran big for rebounding and defense, anything else offensively we get is extra. Need added help on the boards.
The player Baker, I think her name is, would be an option as she scores in the teens and can rebound. It would be a good fit.
