It looks like in 2026 we'll be getting a pitcher who had an ERA of 0.22! In one game, she faced 15 batters, no- hitter, 14 strikeouts! I can't wait to see her! Ayla Turner is her name. She also batted .492.

She isn’t ranked as the #1 player in 2026, but I genuinely think she has a strong case with how dominant of a two way player she is in the circle and at the plate.

I think she will be a program changing player when she arrives along with the rest of the #1 ranked 2026 class.

LSU has 7 commitments for 2026. Impressive #1 recruiting class. 5 are 5-stars in top 11. Beth continues to get top recruits.

Torina gets the studs but can't coach em up.

She coached em up good enough to have the lead in the 6th inning or 7th every game vs Texas and Berzon blew 2… is that Torina or the pitcher?

She also coached them up enough to lose 2 against SELA

Yes she did, all I’m saying it’s never all one way…players have accountability too…Speaking of SE who was the pitcher that couldn’t hold them after we tied the game?? Oh yeah it was the same pitcher who gagged all season and the 1 that went in the portal!! She was checked out mid way through the season and LSU is far better off without her.

I get the feeling she really struggles balancing the lifestyle a head coach demands at this level and missing her kids growing up, and I'm not being critical if her priority is her kids then maybe she needs a lifestyle change

Her kids are at school all the time and she helps coach their teams. Her being a mom has nothing to do with whether the team is successful or not.

Plus she has strong family support that helps her and gives the time she needs to be both a very dedicated coach and mother. Her family is large part of the success of the program and why we have so many top recruits seriously considering LSU.
