Professional contract. What is NIL? Nothing but pay to play and professional sports.

It is compression pants. Supposed to help athletes recover faster or something like that. My son's cross country team has a few pairs of them.

Yeah I can't see him being eligible. What I don't understand is the guy that was in the Army in Israel. I thought military service was one of the waivers allowed to eligible?
