For a while now, I make a chart of the signees before the draft with the rankings I can find. Helps me to get to know the class and who to pay attention to. I've shared it before, but it's been a couple years. See below for the 2026 version. I added Koki's odds and Hunt's odds (which required some interpretation). No guarantee that I didn't miss anything, but it should be pretty accurate. Also, it's dense, so I added a separate high/low rank column.

This is a very good comparison to do. Koki is getting info from the scout side, Hunt from the program side.

Now if only someone was talking to the players and to the agents.

I would think so. Pretty sure he was still in high school when he blew out the elbow and had surgery. Would think he would be ready to go by fall.

He should be healthy. Sometimes it takes time for the command to fully round out to form.

He didn't enter the portal, so I will assume he will return.

Jay did mention once 17 returning players when we had 18. So there is some doubt.

It might not be sorted out until after the draft.

We could but unlikely. We would have to lose some infielders to the draft.

This quote about Blomker made me chuckle quote: “He has all the ingredients if you read it on a piece of paper. He sounds like a starter with four pitches, and they flash average or better. And there are outings where you show up one time, and he’s throwing 65% strikes. And then you show up another time, and you read everything, and you’re like, this guy has nothing.”

We’ve had a few guys like that. Noot was one where he was a top 100 draft prospect with a whole bunch of plus tools, yet didn’t even do that well in HS.

Is Worley still in play post-draft for LSU? I would gladly take him.

I may be wrong but I think Noot had some injury concerns coming into the draft.

No more nice guy.

Jay has turned into Les Grossman in Tropic thunder. We don't negotiate with terrorists.

His dad is a regular poster in DeFurys Truth and Facts baseball group on FB. I’ll stop lurking and just go ask him!
