With Bear coming back it does seem like there will be at least 1 bad loser of playing time between the portal guys of Beck, Hernandez and Yamin.
Also potentially 2 of them wont be every day players either seems like.

Would also wonder if Jay may ask Trevor Schmidt and Daniel Harden to stay in JUCO another year.

Makes sense for both IMO, neither would play this year probably at all really. Harden probably for sure, Schmidt is really talented but man we are just STACKED with 1B/DH/corner OF types

The outfield will be very interesting. Pearson, Brown, Larson back. Stanfield and Curiel will be big factors. Beck and Frey can play out there. Young Pearson too.
Then DH like you said. If it’s Jones, Milam, Braswell, Dickinson around the infield. That leaves the odd men out in the OF plus Yamin, Hernandez, Reaves. I expect they’ll give Jones a shot at catcher in the Fall. 3B seems unlikely with what we have coming back and coming in.
I really like a rotation of Shores, Anderson, Eyanson. Let Cowan control the midweek.
Pen is largely unproven besides Guidry. The success of the team will ride on Yeskie getting a reliable group out of Schmidt, Noot, Sheerin, Dorsey, Ware, Woods, Mayers, Rizy, Benge, Primeaux. Hopefully Victorian too. Plenty to work with.

The first baseman from Niagara who transferred to Tenn was also taken in I believe round 16. He’s like 23 so I believe he’s gonna go ahead and sign unless he just wants his kids to see him play for the vols

Cousin went from not really having any offers to going bananas at a tourney in Normand and getting an offer to OU to getting on Jay's radar to drafted...all in less than a year.
