WJP to BR media

Jay seeing WJP at Flemmings for the 5th time in 8 days

It’s pretty remarkable that we have BR media members who flat out get it wrong time and time again and yet in this very thread we’ve got some great posters who hang out at the local eateries to get info and other posters who contribute so much in terms of information.

The best part about that pic is how WJP is blending in with a suit & tie

Huge add. Cornerstone of the class

WJP, post that Venmo. I’ll be happy to Venmo you a few bucks for your contributions to this thread.

Dickinson is the position player I've been waiting on.

I wonder if Moscona will realize his name is Dickinson and not Dickerson, yet

Hah. I've leached enough off this thread for several years. Happy to contribute to the fellow baseball degenerates in here.

There's too many to count

I know it's kind of been exhausted on here already but some of the 64Analytics rankings are just complete nonsense.
- Cade Fisher #1 overall after having a dreadful year at UF. He's good, but how do you have him ahead of Root?
- Beidelschies #6 after having two decent, not great, seasons in the Big 10
- Thatcher Hurd #3 overall (grateful for what he did here but cmon)
- Brady Neal #16
- Grayson Saunier #21 after having quite frankly two bad seasons at Ole Miss
- Dutton #44 after being an average to below average pitcher for 3 seasons
This is really just scratching the surface.

Wouldn't you want all your coaches to have an "I can fix him" attitude. MOst of the high school players that don't need much fixing go in the draft, so the point of going to college is to develop (get fixed) into a better player. If your college coaches don't have a plan to fix you then what is the point of going to that college.
In the context of not taking too many developmental guys, no.

LF - Pearson/Curiel
CF - Stanfield
RF - brown
1b - Larson
2b - Milam
SS - Bras
3rd - Dickinson
C -?
DH - plug and play
Is this the most likely lineup based off of what we know now?
Is it safe to say catcher is the next highest need position wise?
In some fantasy world I’d love to get Jones back because it I think it just elevates this roster so much. Lots to be excited about for next year

It has been talked about that they seem to have some type of formula that puts the league you play in and future potential a big part of it. That's why SEC players seem to be ranked higher than others. Almost have to treat it similar to MLB prospect rankings. Taking into account that they have the potential to be ranked there. Not saying I agree with that at all because I think the ranking system they used is flawed but that has been my observation when looking at their player rankings.

Bianco is in the state retirement system and will cross over the retirement line next year. He was only kept on to get his retirement right. He is gone next year.
LSU needs to flip Sawyer Pruitt from Live Oak with the state of things in Oxford!

I agree with all of those except I'm still pretty high on the Ohio State kid.
I think there are issues with their formula. I think they weight Games Started without considering innings per appearance. That makes Dutton look like he was used way more than he actually was.

I see
1B Hernandez
2B Milam
SS Brad
3B Dickinson
OF Larson/ Curiel
Of Stanfield
OF Brown/ Pearson
C Priester/Arrambide
DH Larson/Hernandez/Yamin/priester
and then somewhere we will see Pearson.

they are somewhat crazy.
FSS had Dickinson at 20
overall as in a potential 1st rounder next year and 64 has Neal above him.
