Not to mention hurds in mocks going as high as ten overall so it’s not just us that see him turning the corner , although players are drafted off potential and that could all change

Yeah I don’t think Hurd will just be named the Friday night starter. I’m saying I think if he stays consistent and pitches to his potential like you saw at the end of the season that he will have the best stuff on the staff. Gotta throw strikes and earn it though. No matter which one of them starts on Friday doesn’t really matter to me though because they’re both Friday night caliber guys. Justin Loer appears to be dangerous too. Listening to his interview on Mikd up he’s putting on good weight and the velo is ticking up. The staff will be fun to watch this year God willing we can stay healthy.

Hurd gave up 2 hits in a winner take all title game he’s the ace of the staff as of today. He’s got chest

So you 19 babies that downvoted me are probably the same bitches that cried the entire second game against Florida.
I was in the stadium during game 2 til the last pitch, bitch. Maybe your pea brain can’t understand that coming back from an injury sometimes means it takes time for people to find their groove.

3 up 3 down inning for Moffett.
2 pitch 4-3 groundout
Strikeout looking on a FB
Strikeout swinging on a slider
He landed the slider for a called strike to the second hitter, and struck out the third hitter with a slider off the plate. He also wasted a slider well off the plate to one of those two. FB was 94-98 according to the announcer, the 98 pitch was an 0-2 pitch high out of the zone to the second hitter.
ETA: Second inning of work, much more erratic with the FB, but it was after a bit of an extended inning by his team scoring 3-4 runs.
6-3 groundout on full count after falling behind 2-0 on FBs
Walk
6-3 broken bat groundout following a FB and slider well out of the zone
3 pitch FB strikeout
FB readings 93-97 per the announcer
ETA again: I assume he’s done and it was relatively low stress appearance. Entered with a 7-3 lead in the 6th, extended to 10-3 in the 7th for his second inning.

Did you watch the entire season man?
Yes, I did. All but maybe 5
Hurd was not good to start but he finished really, really strong.
Holman wasn’t perfect either:
UK 9.0 ERA
ARK 6.75 ERA
TAM 12.46
He also gave up 5 runs in 5ip vs wake.

I think what people don't understand about Hurd is that he had completely remade his delivery to ensure that his back stayed healthy
Didn’t know that. Good little info there

Actually Hollman wasn’t . His game by game stats are a few pages back genius . He was up and down like Hurd . Actually, Hurd had a longer string of great starts than hollman did
Holman was the midweek guy for Bama to start the season. I don't even know why we're arguing Holman v Hurd for Fridays. The answer is yes. I answered Holman when somebody asked. The answer might actually be no, with what we have here. Jay loaded the damn boat.

Spoke woth Micah Buc earlier. Sounds like he's throwing for Bear tomorrow. He's expecting to compete for a starting gig next year.
Lets be honest.. we're gonna need all the quality RHP we can get.. whether starting or out of the pen
