some poster on 247 said somebody told him Alex Williams was setting up a visit but I don't know if that is true or not, interested to see if KR hints to it.

Reyzelman was just activated by the Harwich Mariners in the Cape Cod league.
Obviously we expect him to go pro, he's likely doing to this to increase his stock. Similar to Gervase.
With the draft pushed back, this helps keep the level of pitching high in the Cape League. All summer leagues have been struggling in recent years to have enough arms to make it through a season and give the hitters good looks to work with.
Some leagues have started doing 7 inning games because of that.
Obviously we expect him to go pro, he's likely doing to this to increase his stock. Similar to Gervase.

KR on Hunt update:
- High on Christian Little and thought he was under utilized at Vandy.
- Really high on Hurd
- Expects Waldrep to be at Florida
- All eyes are on Paul Skenes. H"hard to bet against LSU" he says. Very interesting. Doesn't buy into the LSU buying players thing, says CJJ is an animal on the trail and they have a great setup with NIL through Jack Marucci (didn't mention it directly but insinuated).
- He thinks baseball is in a fine spot because the guys tha come in from G5 schools to us in the portal will allow kids at SEC schools that don't quite cut it to go down to those schools and play as well.

He implied it because after the Hurd announcement, he had about 15 LSU fans asking him to announce Waldrep and said he wasn't even in the portal and then a couple hours later he was lol

I see. Well I guess people are upset that the sleeping giant is waking up. They got used to the level playing field that the NCAA created, and now that we basically have free agency, plus NIL, LSU can leverage their brand and their budget.

Even the FSU guy said he thinks the sell of playing on a loaded team got Tanks, not NLI. I don’t think we are going to have a multimillion dollar payroll of players like A&M for football, I think people recognize the overall talent in the SEC and the history of LSU is attracting people.
Look at Wes Johnson. People thought we had to double his salary to come here, he took a pay cut.

I don’t want to hate on him. You’d think he would be more professional and realize the importance of LSU baseball fans. Not many other schools care to follow D1 baseball. He let his emotions get the best of him.

Yeah, if it were just about money, one of those Texas schools would have gotten White and Hurd. It's the brand that's going to attract them first, and LSU can pay enough to go with that, to keep other schools at bay.
With the extreme scholarship limitations, before NIL, most teams could only offer so much, and schools like Vandy were gaming the system with academic scholarships.
