Brown runs the state of Louisiana high school football and there’s really not a close 2nd. Every good African American player in the city wants to be a Karr Cougar because their culture is elite and Brown cares deeply for his players. The winning part is just a by product of everything else.

The timing is important with the announcement of Frank. Brice has been in Lane's office and just continuing to build the relationship

48-2 is INSANE. His only 2 losses were in the championship game

Im pretty sure Post Season Playoff Games don’t count as Official District matchups.

48-2 in district. Losses to John Curtis and a forfeit to Warren Easton. In 2020 they lost back to back games to Curtis and St Aug. Won every game on the field since then except for the 41-7 Curtis beat down in 2023.

People keep making this assumption, but it would be an odd hire. He’s likely just building a relationship with the guy and it’s better that Brown stay in HS rather than take a risk on him at a program as large as LSU.

Easy to win like that when you have a fertile recruiting area like NOLA to pick your players.

When you win that much and that consistently, there are way more things going on than just putting athletes on the field.

Nola surely has a ton of youth talent, but they are also terribly underdeveloped and undisciplined going into high school. Brown has done a phenomenal job of developing them. I think St Aug has also done a great job, in multiple sports. You can't just win at the upper level of athletics with talent alone. You have to develop, discipline, and play some Xs and Os.

CLK already has a relationship with CBB, as at least one Karr player signed with OM during CLK’s tenure there.

But that’s certainly a relationship that CLK should continue to build upon (which I have no doubt he’s already doing). The Karr pipeline is as vital and reliable of a recruiting pipeline as there is.

We have to lock down Karr as a pipeline. They are like the late 90s-2000s West Monroe

You get to Hand pick your players from Orleans parish and it’s a surprise his record is great
