Just curious.. Has a recruit ever flipped to LSU during their video?

I know it's happen to us with them flipping to another school when the cameras were rolling but have we ever been the beneficiaries of the situation?

He was a surprise for sure, but it was neither a flip nor did it occur on NSD.
As I think about it, the only NSD flips TO LSU that I can remember are guys who were basically "replacements" for guys we wanted more who flipped within the last week leading up to NSD.
However, that's not to say that we haven't made out well on some of those--Malik nabers, for example, was a MissSt commit who only became a take for us once JoJo earle ditched us for alabama. We definitely got the better side of that one. I seem to recall armoni goodwin being a NSD back-up plan "surprise"--but I can't seem to recall who the Plan A was.

On national signing day, Harvey Williams stood on the stage at Hempstead High School, gym full of students, Hempstead Band playing the aggy fight song, and announced, "I'm going the University of LSU!"

Harvey Williams was all set to sign with the Aggies but while walking to the signing ceremony some Aggie fans pissed him off and he flipped

A good friend Jesse Daigle was the Running Back Coach during that time, signed Harvey in 1986, then his brother Darell in 87’

Technically Ryan Perilloux never decommitted from Texas but announced he was signing w/ LSU on the morning of NSD. It wasn’t a huge surprise however.

Adams was one of the “5 for 5” from the UnderArmor Allstar game around New Years Day that we were expecting to commit.
