I'm more worried about defensive linemen than i am ricks.
They still have a few top corners in the portal.
I wish lsu would spend their money on the portal. The coastal carolina kid is going to be legit at michigan.

She's as good as any of the LSU insiders, but this is recruiting and none of them ever get all of the information. Remember, Julie had us getting Jordan Burch.
Andrew Bone still has LSU and I haven't heard anything about Tim Watts changing his tune, although I'm not on BOL, so he might have written something tonight. Until those guys start saying it's Bama, I'll think we have a shot.
But, either way, I'm very happy with this class. Honestly, I never really expected us to get Ricks anyway.

I believe Saban will retire after his next national championship. He wants to beat his tie with Bear Bryant of both having 6 at Bama. He doesn’t want to share the spotlight with Bear when it comes to Alabama history when he hangs it up

He’s not getting another one. His staff isn’t elite anymore and their S&C program isn’t as good as UGA’s now. You can see it on the field. He can get all the 5*s in the world, but if he doesn’t make staff changes, it’s not happening.
Do you people really think all of those high 4 and 5 star Bama guys that just hit the portal were all busts? BoB can’t scheme his way out of a paper bag and couldn’t do better than barely get by with one of the better College QBs we’ve seen in a while. Tweedle Dumb is just there to recruit. He sure as hell doesn’t scheme their defense. As long as those two are there, they will still win games on talent, but they will not win another title.
