the kid is the holder for a PAT, then chases down the guy who blocked it and had a 10 yard head start

Deceptive speed. Like a coach on the field. Brings his lunch pail to work

My former coworker follows Highland Park said this young man can fly! He said fast can't really describe just how he moves. Would be nice if this is true on the offer

Rutledge has great speed and good thing Polian and the Tigers are pursuing him.

Of course, Highland Park has been a powerhouse program in Texas since Doak Walker and Bobby Layne were there in the 1940s.

It’s time LSU signed someone else from there. I think there was a golfer and basketball player Brian Beshara perhaps among others from HP who have gone to LSU.

He won the 100 at the Texas A&M indoor meet over the weekend with a 21.47.

Pollan offered him right after that.

He was likely headed for Air Force before the offer. I wouldn't bet against him coming here now.

Kid has good size and great speed but needs a lot of technique work as a WR. Not necessarily a bad thing but he isn’t super technical right now probably bc he can just blow by ppl.

Lol. 21.47 is a 200 meter time but I’ll take it.

I think he is wanting to run track in college and has a lot of offers to do that obviously. But with how good our track team is idk why not come take a chance with both avenues.Worst case is you get to come win a national title in track an field here

That was the 200M. Still impressive, but not as impressive if he somehow won the 100M at that time
