Would love to have Cain but Emery is difference-making back. Like I said either or when it comes down to it. 3 would be a football wet dream. What a rotation. That's what they need to sell Emery and his dad.

Embody said he's pretty keyed in on MSU right now. I think UGA is 2nd and we're a distant 3rd

Okay I can see Miss St (offense, less competition), but why in the hell, UGA? They run a simple pro style that is way more geared towards how good the players are than actual scheme, and the RB room is LOADED. Swift and Holyfield will be back next year and they got the #1 and #5 backs from the 2018 class. That's two 5 star backs, and the #5 and #6 back of their respective class. Is it winning, wanting to leave the state and go to a great college town in Athens, something else entirely?

UGA had 5 backs with over 50 carries last year. They see playing time even in a loaded backfield

LSU doesn’t lose Destrehan kids, just like we don’t lose Rummel kids (chase).

Don't go chasing waterfalls. Balls in his court.

It means he's not sticking to the rivers and the lakes that he's used to...

He is similar to McKnight. I agree with the comparison.

That's actually not a bad comparison at all. McKnight was beastly in HS but Emery does look like a faster McKnight which is scary. I know he didn't translate perfectly to college based on all the hype but he did go to NFL.

Cain is good but LSU needs to land Emery. He's much better and in our own backyard.

I know that he's gonna have it his way or nothing at all, but I think he's moving to fast....

Apparently he’s similar in his feelings toward LSU also

Hell no to the Ridley comparison, Ridley went down as soon as you touched him

You don't become a 1000 yard rusher in the SEC and a 3rd round draft pick to the patriots WHILE still hanging around the NFL at 30 years old by going down on first contact

Yeah, you guys carried the ball way more compared to previous years. Three carries more per game than 2016, almost 140 more carries than the previous year and that wasn't just because you played 2 more games.

A guy from Louisiana avoiding LSU, a way less crowded backfield than UGA, makes no sense. LSU is going by a committee approach too. That's why I believe it has nothing to do with competition/carries like many believed when he was eyeing Miss St.

Emery’s recruitment kind of reminds me of jamar chase last year. Just hope it ends the same way. LSU has to find a way to get this guy I don’t care how.

I had the same thought. I imagine we're not the only two either.

That being the case, if that's true, the process has to run its course with the optimum (not too much, not too little) nudging by LSU.
