Jahkeem Stewart - 2025 #19 by On3 (5*); ESD and EE; OV on 11/9. What has he indicated?

Stewart is attending Karr but cannot play there this fall. It's generally accepted that he transferred to reclassify to the 2025 class. He is ranked #19 by On3 (5*), #14 by On3 Industry (5*), #55 by 247 (4*), and #4 by Rivals (5*). Stewart plans to sign on the December 3rd Early Signing Day and to enter school as an Early Enrollee.
It appears LSU is competing primarily with USC, Oregon, and Ohio State, but LSU will also be competing with everybody else in the NCAA.
Stewart took summer trips to Ohio State, LSU, Oregon, Texas and Auburn. He also traveled to the USC vs. LSU game.
LSU has hosted him more than any other school, and he'll have an official visit for the Alabama game on November 9. He also has official visits scheduled with Oregon, USC and Ohio State, with a couple more to be added.
LSU has made him a huge priority. He is a must get for many reasons. LSU has excellent connections to both his former and current schools. LSU has top-of-the-line coaching on the defensive line at tackles and edges.
On3 RPM says LSU 91.1%, Bama 3.1%, USC 1.8%, everyone else under 1%. 247 has no Crystal Ball predictions.
QUESTION: He said that in the coming weeks, he will address and clear up misinformation and false narratives that have been put out. What is the misinformation and what are the false narratives?
QUESTION: What do we KNOW about what he has said or indicated about where he will attend college?
We need answers people, and we need them yesterday!

I think that we have the edge over USC (despite losing to them game 1). I think them playing in the Big 10 will hinder their recruiting.
Who from Louisiana wants to play on the road in November/ December in Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Ohio, Pennsylvania, etc.?
I think USC is finding out what the Big 10 is all about and it will be hard selling southern recruits to leave this area and get on board with that.
I don't know about the relationships he has with USC, but with Bo and being the in state team, I like our chances.

In other words, they’re finally realizing the PAC 12 was weak

I know winning and losing is farther down the list, but I feel a lot better now that USC is already out of contention and have a long record of underachieving.
And we have fricking Bo goat Davis

Are there people conspiring otherwise?

how big is he right now?
DT/DL is a hard position to come in and play because most kids just aren’t physically there.
I don't love linemen reclassifying.
Obviously it’s a take, and obviously he’s a freak. but if he develops at a normal rate he’s gonna be a JR before he’s really physically ready.

He will be a part of this class and can contribute soon. He is a physical beast.

Probably that he’s already accepted a NIL deal somewhere or that he’s a lock to some school. I’ve got a feeling this kid is going to have to be re-recruited every season he’s in college because the bidding war will never end.

I'd guess the misinformation he mentioned clearing up will be his reasoning for taking so long to bail on his team when his reclassificatipn has been known was likely since the spring. No matter how great many think he is, it was a bad look and could/should make people question what his motivation is and who is running things around his recruitment.
Take this kid out of LA and our belief he's a lock to LSU, I guarantee many, many more would be dumping on him about his choices. Go read message boards from schools not involved in his recruitment. Lots of "shades of a future bust" posts. 1 year of actual football, publicly acknowledged NIL recruitment and jetting on his team last minute isn't a great way to ease those types of thoughts from people with no skins in the game.
First I've seen of the 247 ranking and kudos to them. No way a kid on the DL with 1 year of football should be a 5*. We wouldn't accept it for any other player we weren't expecting to land. Remember how we treated Arch over skipping camps?(me included and still stand by that) Que Allen Iverson

I'm a pretty boring guy yet my life must look absolutely fascinating compared to what some of y'all have going on.

Stewart has dominated camps and dominated the best teams in the state as a sophomore.

The idea that a player is rated as a 5 star and is going to college having only played his sophomore year is crazy and deserves discussion and some criticism.
I’m not even saying his ranking is wrong or he won’t be great, but his path is odd enough to merit a raised eyebrow.

I’m curious how many DL have reclassified and had success, especially early. The number of players who have panned out taking that route can’t be much. The fact that he’s basically sitting out 2 of his 3 Hs years makes it even more difficult.
It would really be a shame if getting greedy and impatient leads to him becoming a bust.

Has another player ever reclassified AND been an early enrollee?

And he appears to be smart, disciplined and competitive as hell. Our DL will be sick in 25, 26 and hopefully, for many years to come. During the 80's and 90's we weren't great but we had great defensive line play.
