IMO, the oline and dline kids are paramount to the success of this class and our future. we get the three kids from florida/texas and I'm a happy camper. doesn't mean I don't want Young and Dupre any less....I just covet the big nasty's who do the heavy lifting and either make it happen or keep it from happening. like your confidence.

we do need some trench help but we aren't as bare as most think. I think the Grimes hire is a home-run bc we have one of the best offensive line recruiters in the country now, particularly for next year
i think we need young as much as we need anyone else. he and dupre are MUST gets in my mind. everything and everyone else is lagniappe - in a sense that they are vitally important but may not be counted on as immediately as those two.

As much as he wanted an offer you figure he would've committed on the spot. That said, if he can go to Tulane and contribute early maybe that is the best scenario for him.

It's just a guess. He has his mind set on playing DT at the next level, while LSU wants him as a FB.

Saw some video of him, not calling it settling but if we get him and passed on the kid committed to ole miss ... Definite miss by our staff

It looks like he is interested in MSU rather than Ole Miss. It's a bit surprising that MSU hasn't offered him.
