Anthony Johnson was rated 5 stars because he developed into essentially a 30 year old man when he was like 14. He was classic case of physically peaked too early. In fact, when he was finishing his playing days in the UFL or whatever that league was, I’m pretty sure he lost a bunch of weight and moved to LB. Don’t compare Anderson to him, that’s dumb.

Anderson is your classic 5 star DT who’s massive and strong with unusual quickness for a guy his size. His future really comes down to conditioning, motor, and technique (pad level). All of that is well within his control, if he has the right mindset he’ll be a stud SEC DT.

Duce Geralds. He could be another Bernard Gooden.

Gooden was not a good but a great find. Under appreciated and stayed healthy. I would love to hit on a couple DL who contribute in similar ways

I don’t think we need a true dog at that position. I think the total depth of talent is just stupid good and that’s all Baker needs to plat his aggressive style defense.

I think there is a ton of depth across the DL. I think the OL is where things get in fast if we have a few injuries. The starting 5 will good though. The DL is deep.

We will be very good on the DL, im worried about LB and lack of experience in the secondary. We have talent, but depth isn't very good.

I think talent wise the depth is fine at corner Raymond loves the young puppies in that room it’s why we didn’t go aggressive in the portal bringing someone in. Anding ,Jackson and tuner all have a lot of talent and Finney is a top 100 guy coming in

Thought we were talking defensive line in general, my bad. However, I think the interior will be stout. With the studs we have coming off the edge, it will make it easier for the interior guys to eat.

Good think you didn't put the 's on his first name, then he might really feel insulted!

So
There are some three stars left in the portal.

Think Lane goes after some penny stock gambles in the Dline. Maybe one more guy?
