Isn’t that a Coaches job? If it works out, great! If not, at least he tried. That lugnut we had before was content with mediocrity. Kiffin will not stop until he gives his team the absolute best competitive advantage. I’ll take that all day everyday!

I think he just wants to break the system and have some of this shite figured out to get some normalcy. But you have to break it to fix it

I don't buy the "he's just trying to push the boundaries to the max to get things right again in college football." Lane wants to win. He still has a lot to prove with the whole college football world watching and criticizing and he's doing whatever is allowed to gain any advantage for LSU and himself that he can. Period. It's as simple as that.
His job and responsibility is not to be some college football savior. It's to win championships at LSU.

Agreed it's exciting to have a coach who is ahead of the curve on literally everything! Even more exciting he is a mastermind on offence, coaches want work for him, and players want to play for him! Man I'm fired up and we have not even spotted the ball!

Jay, Wade and Lane are all absolutely obsessed and relentless in their pursuit to find the best players and have the best team possible. They may not always make the right decisions, but it sure is nice having these guys that have this much passion for their jobs. We've been missing that here in some of the previous coaches in all three sports. I couldn't be happier with where we are at right now. Geaux Tigers.

The seasons haven't even begun, and it's already 1000 times more fun than it was when BK and MacGarbage were driving LSU athletics into the ground.

if it was Saban the media would be kissing his you know what - all this talk is useless -- if the court rules in favor of the athletes which they are leaning toward lets see how badass the SEC is defying a federal judge -- cant wait- any attempt to punish LSU would most certainly be deemed punitive and thrown into their face
