how many QB's do we take in the next recruiting lclass?

Do we have any good ones on our radar who are also showing an interest in LSU. A 3rd QB appears to be more of a priority after the spring game yesterday. Need more depth at the position and someone to start getting groomed now to take over after Harris/Jennings era.

what about in state guys that might be flying under the radar? Harris just seemed to emerge out of the blue. Don't remember him being very highly rated before his senior year.
edit: just saw Jason Pellerin from New Iberia listed in the recruiting thread as the only in state QB. Also the only QB Dandy Don.com lists on his list of top in state prospects (coming in at 78 on his list)is Abby Touzet of John Curtis. (he does list a couple of 5'11" QB's that are probably more of athletes than college QB's)
It appears no in state QB's for next recruiting class unless someone just rises up out of the blue

Wouldn't surprise me if we didnt sign a QB this class. We have 2 freshmen (1 true, 1 redshirt) and 1 sophomore. Kind of a hard sell to a 2015 kid to come into.

One is likely after the RP situation. More than likely two in 2016 as the state is loaded. Then you have Curry in 2017. Already have Detmer's nephew in 2018.

Abby Touzet is not a college QB whatsoever. I can't even believe he starts for Curtis.

Rettig has been here less than one year.
Harris has been here three months.
Our depth is fine.
I don't think we take any QBs in this class. I think we take 1-2 in the 2016 class.

The QB from West Monroe is going to be a big recruit.
IDK if he is going to be a good fit for LSU though.

LSU has eyes on Teurlings QB Cole Kelley 6'6 220...Cam Cameron called him and his mother and told them they wanted him on campus for the spring game.
They'll also be recruiting the kid from Calvary Baptist, Southern Lab, West Monroe. They're a ton of D1 QBs in 2016.

No. He's a QB. Big arm. Diarse was more of McCarty putting the best athlete at QB.
