60 year old coach close to retirement.

Killed a student.

BTW, not my opinions, just an answer to how negative recruiting will go.

Apparently thats not a argument that works he had the #4 ranked class at Notre dame this year and pulls in top 15 classes yearly there with Notre Dames recruiting
restrictions

You recruit against the city and the crime. They are already doing this.

I know you’re just referring to things others posters have said, but according to the OSHA investigation he wasn’t at fault. The entire thing was blamed in ND bc they didn’t have lift training/policies or inclement weather training/policies in place prior to the incident.

If something like this happens, but you don’t work in a field where you use tho type of equipment or receive monthly/yearly training, it’s hard to know what could go wrong.

Not a player. A student that was tasked with filming practice on a scissor lift in 60 mph wind bursts.

South Bend and Baton Rouge are on par with one another as concerns those issues. Remember that crime and racial tensions are what derailed Mayor Pete in his run against Biden and friends.

Got to get the position coaches in place. But I got a feeling we all will be happy with the choices from Kelly. I think a lot of great coaches like to work with him. Not to mention LSU pays really well.

Two points:
1) Won't prevent people from using it.
2) Notre Dame recruits itself and has a very loyal base that runs in families. Their supporters are all over the country. Some players would want to go there regardless of the coach.

Yes, but not to the degree that Notre Dame does. The kid who died had a younger brother and sister who went there. Now I am sure there was a free ride and a lot of $$$ involved, but still...

Early on in the coaching search, I did some research on that incident. Pretty tragic. But, yeah, there was an undisclosed settlement with the family.

Shouldn’t you be cross dressing in Destin right now hoping O will select you for his bimbo of the night.
