If nothing else it will slow down outraged parents and give them something to think about. Most issues like this should be settled without bringing the legal system into it.

Dude you are a fricking moron. If this is true whether there is consent or not an 18 year old adult filmed a 14 year old girl giving him a blow job. That is so wrong on many levels. HE isnt in plubic school and in my public school they made the laws well known about stat rape. I was 17 when i graduated high school and turned 18 the week before Classes at LSU started. At 17 i still wouldnt get a bj from a 14 year old girl cus i know that its stat rape. And being in college is a lil diff. Plus you dont find too many 17 year old freshmen in college. And if you did it is legal in the state of lousiana once you are 17, some states are 18 so yes if you were 22 or 23 and did a sexual act with a 17 year old it is still stat rape, in other states. The laws are laws. If any of this was true it was illegal and he got caught.
He deserves to be punished just like anyone else who gets caught doing something illegal.

Yes, if the 12th grader has reached the age of 18, he is expected to know better. That 12th grader is entrusted with the right to vote. With that right comes some responsibilities. And one of those responsibilities is not to take advantage of underage sex partners.
If we as a society believe 18 is old enough to understand our laws and participate in our elections, then it is reasonable to expect 18 year olds to understand why we have laws to protect the young and to follow those laws.

This is really getting undermy skin this afternoon.
I by no means approve of what Hill did he was kid using no moral judgemnt at all but I hate that his life is over. I dont care if he signed with LSU Au Bama, or Arky.
I want to ask this. IF he was 17 years and 364 days old and this happens he is not a sex offender. But if he is 18 years 1 days old he is a harden criminal for life?
Our judicial system needs to really that a look at this.
Kid should be punished but he should not be serving in angola.

I know a real life instance of somebody doing this in high school. I also remember him showing everyone pictures. Nothing happened, life moves on if the girl did it willingly. I'm sure it happened more than that, but I went to a small high school and I knew this girl as a sister of a friend so it stands out. This friend was female, and I believe she slept with him as well. Maybe it's genetic.
