This was about as smooth of a signing day as I can ever remember. Kept everyone except Austin and added

Of course it isn’t a bad class. I was looking at the 247 rankings not composite. Well ok 1 top 10 WR and a #10 RB. That’s better.

A lot of those to 3-5 classes were devoid of the players in the trenches that win championships. This coach has a vision and process that very few have. About the only two I can currently think of are Nick Saban and Kirby Smart. They’re a lot less 5-star OL and DL than CB, WR and S recruits. But those 3 and 4-star trench players are necessary to build and maintain consistent winning programs

Hell, Ricks was the 2nd overall ranked player in the following class until he reclassified for this one. LSU is recruiting at an elite level.
