Former LSU recruiting Target from a couple years ago

Tristan Leigh Lineman who went to Clemson looks like will end up being a bust. 2 seasons and he hasn’t sniffed any significant playing time. The way he handled his recruitment was a joke and should’ve been a red flag.

Assuming he redshirted as a true freshman and is a redshirt freshman this year, that’s too early to call him a bust.
Offensive linemen playing that early is not generally the norm.

Their LT is a senior. He might start next year. I will save my judgments till then.
Can’t judge a kid who goes and plays for Dabo after just 2 years.

This year’s LSU team is an anomaly. True freshman RARELY start on the line in college.

He’s not a true freshman this is his second year and I know all these clichés yall are throwing out there, but a 5 star top 10 recruit in the country should be able to get some playing time by year two. Even if they have a senior LT he should be able to get in at some of the other spots occasionally.

He must be struggling because Clemson has not been good on the OL recently. I figured he would at least be a rotational guy by this point.

He and Dumerville we’re basically “must gets” at all costs for Cregg. He got one, got fired, got in trouble, and NITHER player has done anything in their college careers as out yet

I love the route Kelly is going. We will offer money and all.. but if you have low character and are starting bidding wars and drama then frick off.

That’s a jerk move but I blame the system and the school more than anything. Should be required to post every LOI you have received publicly. Should be a rule that you must inform other schools that call you that you have signed an LOI or it makes you ineligible.
Some shenanigans are fair game but it should all end when pen hits paper forms get sent.

I do all my best recruiting at Target as well. Go after the morning Pilates classes let out- around 10:45-11:30 . Pro tip.
