This would be a MASSIVE get for LSU as a dynamic playmaker. Keep an eye on this one - best believe LSU is in contact. People have raised concerns about him capitalizing on his HS ratings, but his best is in front of him.

Alabama's depth chart had him as 3rd string WR. He'd probably be looking at the same PT here, which he probably doesn't want

Is he projected to play WR of CB now?

Why did he only have 3 catches this season? Was this a RS season?

Sorry for the questions.

If we enter the mix, you better believe we guarantee him playing time to get him here. Just making people aware he is in portal.

Also love Bama losing talent.

Is this the kid that was trying to get Ryan Williams to not leave last year?

Likely depends on where he lands. I believe he wants to play WR. Was a CB his first year, changed to WR on depth chart where he was buried this year. That led to him only having 3 catches.

He hasn't done a thing in two years at Bama. Don't chase the high school ratings.

I’m not saying he wouldn’t be a good get. I don’t know.

But a third string WR with three catches? I doubt the gumps are weeping and wailing over him entering the portal. I’m sure they are saying what we’ve said about our portal WR’s … “who?”

I just explained why. As the "SEC Doctor", I thought you'd know how to read.

He will be highly sought after.

He seems like a guy wanting a bag based on his HS rankings. Bama did him no favors switching position. Very hard to get comfortable. He is a tremendous talent and the best is in front of him, but I definitely feel like he will want WR1 type money and he isn’t close to that currently

Just because he was a 5 star doesn't guarantee he will ever explode. He apparently can play either side of the ball and probably has for years. This takes extreme talent to do that at this level but it also limits technique and slows development on each side from splitting reps and practice time or from going back and forth. probably has a high ceiling now that he is just focusing on one side of the ball. However, maybe all that back and forth stunted his development to where he never explodes on the college scene? I trust whoever our offensive coaches choose, but this is more of a crap shoot than a Huge loss for anyone. 3 catches for 55yds? He is worth a weekly Caniac meal and maybe a golf cart to get him around campus but wouldn't spend a lot on that chance.

Y'all act like we have a loaded WR right now. We don't.

I'm sure they're doing their due diligence on him!

They must feel very comfortable with a couple of the OM kids. Supposedly we asked Kyle Parker to take a pay cut? On3 has Parker ranked 153rd WR so far, he is even lower than Javen Nicholas ????. Kid just needs to play and he will show out. Baffles me. I just hope he goes to TCU or Baylor and not in the sec

No need to be a douchebag.

You wrote: "This would be a MASSIVE get for LSU," and I pointed out that Mbakwe hasn't done anything in two years at Bama.

He’s a beast in NCAA 26. Was able to get him in my dynasty with ECU.

Mbakwe hasnt done anything at Bama in 2 seasons... theres nothing MASSIVE about getting him. Great HS athlete... but he hasnt found a position to be a contributor.
