Those get adjusted frequently and the final rankings come after recruiting closes

I don't believe so. Technically, those players signed with Bama and were part of their recruiting class. They were not let out of the NLI. They had to use the transfer portal. That's why Saban waited until Alabama classes started. He figured it would lock in more kids.

What will be interesting is 247's College Football Team composite going into the 24' season. Now I realize that this composite score does not necessarily translate into a NC because your talent can be lopsided and insufficient at the QB position but it is a good indicator of your top teams going into the season. Also it's going to be a good indicator of how DeBoer manages his roster given the entire off season.

They don't change enrolled players. So Transfers won't be removed.

It should along with anyone else's class that applies. For example, you can't count Julian Sayin in Bama's class because he's already been in the portal and now out as he is headed to Ohio State.
