Thought this was interesting enough to share. Sounds like Miami is making a huge pu$h for his services

I spoke to a source this morning who seemed to have no worries about Williams signing and then was notified about a half hour after that by a different source that he was looking at delaying again

rather him go to Miami. He'll take the bag and transfer back home next year.

Seems to be a bag chaser. Just completely turned off by those types of players.

Doubt it. For whatever reason he never showed much interest in LSU and was dead set on leaving the state.

Wow. Now we know why LSU never got his attention. It’s clear what he’s interested in and Kelly isn’t interested in those types as we’ve learned.

Good luck Derek. Hope you get your money bruh.

It’s not a bad strategy, chase the bag help the family to sign. If it doesn’t work out hit the portal for development and get serious if you are NFL caliber.

Exactly.

Plus, there's likely another bag from the transfer portal.

I may be in the minority but I really don’t believe that these types of kids will live up to their potential nor do I think teams that recruit that type of player will be a serious threat. It’s just such an unhealthy dynamic individually and from a team perspective.

I really would want no part of that unless a kid presents with some maturity and insight down the road.

Otherwise stay where you are

Yeah and a 100 million dollar contract played absolutely no factor in Kelly leaving ND for LSU. You see how dumb that sounds?

You guys have no clue what type of financial situation some of these kids families are dealing with at the moment.

Some of yall are so blinded by fandom.

It’s not all or nothing in my eyes. Don’t see it that way at all. I know it’s a factor for all these kids. Im not naive.

Im saying if it’s ALL about that….that’s a different story in my opinion.

Miami will be a shite show next year. 18 year olds with a bunch of money in Miami sounds like a great idea.

LSU dodged a bullet with this kid if his main focus is chasing money
