Denver Harris is being looked at by LSU but it’s up to Brian Kelly if he wants him or not

Shea said that LSU is taking a deeper look into Denver but it’s up to Brian Kelly if he wants to take him or not. Shea said at least LSU is looking at him and Jordy was on his show this morning saying that Denver wants to be at LSU. This is getting a little bit more interesting and let’s see how this plays out.

If he is eligible and he has his head out of arse then he is a definite take. The absolute last thing LSU needs though is a bad apple on the team.

If he wants to join with a single frick up he's off the roster with 0 tolerance I'm okay by it. Better keep his nose clean here or he gone.

I think he is going to have to plead his case to BK. Tell BK he will knock off his bs and BK will probably take him with a short leash.

Best to keep it quiet until we sign the young CBs though. Wouldn't say Harris is worth taking over what we have coming in since he hasn't really proven anything yet and also has baggage.

I’d take him every day of the week

He was a mid season freshman all-American

It's quite simple. He's a take but there are stipulations with zero tolerance.

His upside is high obviously but not enough sample size from him imo

Agreed. But did you see how Kelly treated Boutte? instead of some arbitrary punishment he incorporated him into the team, made him a leader.

It's up to Denver Harris if he wants to really be on this team. Jordy eluded to the fact that either they had a sit down with him and his family already or they will do that and get a game plan for moving forward and what is expected of Denver.

Well who else would it be up to?

Time for BK to get pragmatic. This is an absolute take. I am a believer in alignment but winning will lead to alignment in the long run. Have to get elite athletes to graduate champions.

He has the talent and it’s time to grow up. Brian Kelly is the perfect coach to guide him.

So this is the guy that had the parking garage video and was suspended for smoking weed in the locker room, both within the past few months? Honestly surprised he wants to be here with Kelly's no nonsense policy.

Jordy said a few weeks ago that Tack Minor told him there was no grownups in that locker room holding them accountable. Tack said he needs structure and adult wherever he goes.

I really hope Brian Kelly reads this board. We can help him so much!

He wants to be at LSU. Tack Minor is his step dad, so LSU runs deep. He's gonna have to make some sacrifices to make this work, and I've waffled on if I would bring him in if it were my team. The thing is that you don't want him to disrupt the locker room and it seems like there are alot of people that would be a good influence on him, and none that would be a bad influence. It's minimal risk, if he fricks up, he's gone, but it could be a huge reward.

Have a sit down with Denver, Tack and BK and discuss. Then bring in HoneyBadger to talk to him about how he freaked things up at LSU and it cost him time/$ and his team another championship
