1. The event is returning to the River Center in downtown BR and is open to the public

2. General Admission tickets $20 in advance and $25 at the door at Ticketmaster.com or the River Center box office

3. With the General Admission ticket, you will get a jambalaya lunch, coke products, one beer (additional food and beer will be available for purchase)

4. VIP Tables of 10 are available from $500 to $2000; these tables include premium food and beer throughout the day; they can be purchased by calling Tom Breaux at (225)806-2884

5. So if you want to be able to eat and drink all day for one price, you best option is to buy a VIP Table of 10...the back two rows of tables are selling for as little as $500 ($50/person)

6. Activities throughout the day include: Highlight videos of the 2016 signing class, former Tiger players, LSU coaches, and other LSU personalities speaking on stage, 2015 LSU season highlight video and other LSU motivational videos, Silent Auction featuring LSU away game trips, jerseys, helmets, pictures, etc., Golden Band from Tigerland, and Les Miles reviewing the class around 5:00 p.m.

It's good to see it moved back to the River Center after it moved because everyone got a DUI trying to get on 110.

I do agree what in the hell are you getting for $20/$25? Let me guess the beers will be $5? That event has went to shite over the years. At one time I was so jacked about it. Haven't been in years!!

Probably has something to do with the drunk LSU fans cursing out Miles in front of his family in 2012

If we don't get Haskins or Gary, I'm not bothering.

Bayou Bash was a great event. Its been on a downward slide since the checkpoint evening.

One year they had the plastic beer bottles, great food, and few lines. Then they cancelled the bottles and instead had small plastic cups and made crazy configuring to the food lines and it was a disaster. Then two yrs later they setup a checkpoint outside the event.

Couple that with long food and beer lines, people stopped going.

No free beer and Jambalaya Shoppe instead of a variety of food vendors? Hard pass. (Mass quantities of jambalaya? 0% chance the Shoppe isn't catering... and their catering sucks)

Do they still have booths set up to buy LSU merchandise? I bought my favorite LSU shirt there... simple grey pocket tee with the helmet Mike logo on the pocket. Definitely wasn't an officially licensed LSU product because you couldn't find anything that wasn't Toonces back then (2009/2010). Wish I'd bought a few because I've worn that one so much it is starting to show its age.

Better off buying at the door after TM fees
