If you don’t understand why that info was leaked before the NCG, then you’re an idiot

Smart kid. He has so much potential and could sky rocket up draft boards

All we need is for Brennan to be successful. He doesn’t have to be Burrow, but he can’t have Etling numbers. Otherwise, this season will seem like a flash in the pan. If Brennan is successful, recruits will line up. And, he’s got the weapons to do so. Chase and Marshall will be back to post double digit TDs, and the RB group as a whole should take a step further. If there’s no immediate drop off at line or TE position, we will be very potent.

Phillips and Vincent would be making a mistake IMO

I dont think they have any intentions of "changing the system". Where are you getting that from?

I've seen reports that say that outside of Delpit and Fulton Vincent actually has the highest draft grade on the back end of the defense.

Well who else is there, Stevens?
Who isn't really a full time safety

Stingley has a higher grade than any of them, and Vincent is the only one left...

This is kind of like saying outside of Burrow, Brennan has the highest draft grade of any of our quarterbacks

Boy it wouldn't be fair recruiting against LSU with Frank back on staff at home where he belongs. Huge reason Miles was able to put together those classes even when LSU was struggling.

Vincent leaving would be dumb. He got absolutely torched and picked on this year. He played very well at the end and a lot of times his coverage is not a big issue it's his lack of confidence and constant flags. He always has his hands on WRs and the NFL is far stricter on PI. He needs to come back, play his natural position at S, and make bank. Should be more maturer and confident which is all he really needs to be very good. He plays better when he's in a S role.

I really don't understand Phillips leaving either. His draft grade can't be high. LBs were an issue for us for awhile this season especially in the Ole Miss game. Phillips completely missed gaps and teams started running to the edge on us.

Because he’s projected as a safety for which he has elite speed. He will be used very differently in the league.

they were interviewing a recruit earlier this season on the radio. They asked him how he liked Joe Brady and his new offense and the kid had no idea who Joe Brady was. I think winning the NC will overshadow everything else in terms of recruiting.

How do you figure he will be used differently in the league
He was basically a nickel
Pretty sure that's how they would use him in the league . Maybe fs
But he got better as the year went on but the highest and I mean betmat possible situation is late 5th

GeauxLSU17 Why are you such a douche? Does it give you special pleasure? The contract with LSU gave Brady the out to Th he NFL. It was obvious that's his ultimate direction. There's no way you're this big a dipshiite in person, or is there?

Bc he is. He’s one of about 3 posters who harass anyone who tries to share info.

From talks today, Vincent was leaning toward returning, but no final decision has been made.

Someone needs to tell Phillips he needs to come back. Both those LBs leaving doesn't seem smart. Queen was playing good at the end of the year but he looked like someone who could've shot up draft boards next year with more progression. I guess his size is limiting so why not go now. I can't imagine Phillips is graded higher than a 4th or so.

So what's your point? I know all of this and could read the fricking tea leaves that he was gone when they came out with the whole MOA with an out for the NFL. I think most intelligent folks could see that. Your bestie VOL is the one who said he was 100% coming back.

Again when this first started he wasn't going, it wasnt until they increased his total compensation and gave him full autonomy to hire his own offensive staff that he decided to go for it. Like I stated, they came back with an offer he couldn't pass on. And also, I thought you and I were besties?
