It was certainly a classy way of doing it with Muschamp breathing down his neck. USCe put a ton of pressure on those kids by being there and broadcasting it live on their youtube page. Basically gave them a chance to thank coaches, not be forced to embarrass muschamp if the gym went crazy if he chose LSU, and allowed him to sign the letter he wanted to.

Ok, just for fun, what could it mean if South Carolina has not yet received his LOI but in response to a question asking if he "sent his letter" (without clarifying the destination), Burch responds "yes sir"?

This is one of the biggest recruits for USCe in a while. They have to be shitting themselves right now.

Because the school made an entire USCe set up. Does it make any more sense that he signed but didn't fax his letter? Something doesn't add up. No hopes, just submitting a possible scenario.

Theory:
Burch was definitely wavering on signing with USCe and Muschump and comp. staged that signing ceremony the way they did to put more pressure on him to sign with them.

i can’t think of a reason why he wouldn’t confirm his commitment with Muschamp in the same gym unless he was coming here. Couple that with flipping the paper over quickly and refusing interviews, it just sounds like there’s a decent chance he flipped and didn’t want the drama. Who knows.

What I found interesting was the other lady at the table was wearing the leopard print top and gold scarf and once she sat down removed the gold scarf. They then move the helmet to the other end of the table in front of mom in a position to block line of sight possibly. Burch looking over his shoulder a few times was interesting also.

There is zero chance that USCe wouldn’t be announceing probably the biggest recruit they’ve ever landed immediately when they received it.

247 still has Burch as a commit and not signed. At least it seems 247 wants to get a glimpse of the signed LOI until they report...props to them.
