It doesn’t seem as if he has his mind made up. Not to mention, he hasn’t called the staff to tell them no. It makes me wonder if he just didn’t want to sign with LSU with Muschamp sitting three tables away from him. Certainly an odd situation. Dont recall him mentioning USCE in his speech

Can y'all stop with this nonsense? Go look at the kid's twitter. He's been retweeting stuff about how he signed with USCe ever since the ceremony. A reporter who was there has it straight from Burch's mouth that he signed and faxed his letter. Let it go, y'all.

It would be one of the most epic things ever in recruiting if Burch actually signs with LSU on Friday at a party in Louisiana, but I’m not holding my breath.
