John Diarse couldn't catch a ball like that man. Possibly a little slow like Diarse but this guy has some radius, goes down, one handed catches, over the shoulder, can get open, and he does break tackles in the highlights as well. I'm not saying he's Landry but he looks like he'll hit the ground running for sure.

Doesn't look scared to compete so I think he will translate to the SEC well. Really like how this staff is going after transferes much more than the previous staff so that our immediate furure is prepared to compete. It's like the free agency in the NFL and if you're building you should take these types of guys were depth needs to be shored up. Like OT, DL, WR, and that's where we are looking. Great strategy IMO. Get em O

Boom! His tape is nice!
He's got speed, awesome hands, and vision after the catch!

I hope he meshes well with Brennan/Narcisse while sitting out this year

After watching this kids film, it's obvious he has skillz...

But my biggest takeaway has to be that Im starting to think that Andy Reid pulled a genius rope-a-dope at the draft. Mahomes is seriously legit!!!

It's Lubbock... and LSU is a way better platform for him to showcase his skills. Plus he wants to play for a championship. That's not happening at tech

Anybody that didn't think Mahomes had talent was lying. He had the best arm talent in the draft, people were just scared of his inconsistent mechanics. But hell some of the best, most recent QBs in the NFL were funky with their mechanics at times.

5 star
5 star college transfer maybe, but he was a composite 3-star out if highschool.

Regardless, he is as proven as a transfer that we've had in some time. He'll step in after chark and be starting receiver on a team that hasnt YET shown a #2 behind Chark at this point.

And hopefully Myles Brennan is throwing him darts in 2018. Would be so beneficial to "hopefully Brennan" having a go to split end, good hands receiver with good enough speed like Giles. That is such a huge pickup. A poor man's Jarvis Landry, but Jarvis is a legend, so we will happy with him being somewhat similar.

HUGE pickup by CEO and staff! Experience and results hitting the field next season. 2018 is shaping up real nice. Just need to figure out the qb and rb situation. We'll need some young guys to step up!

Etling better deliver

Etling will never throw a pass to this guy in a game. You can blame graduation on that.

This guy is good. But the quarterback that was throwing to him makes him look even better. Mahomes was running all over the place drawing attention to himself while this guy got open. I am actually more impressed with qb than wr in this case.

Could've made the same case for manziel and Mike Evans and see who came out on top between those two.

Excellent point. I don't know all of Mahomes measurable, but look at QB's like Drew who are undersized. They HAVE to get a little bit dirty in their mechanics sometimes to squeeze the ball into windows, between linemens heads, by blitzers earholes, and funky angles when scrambling. It ain't always pretty, but when the good ones do it well it sure is a lot of fun to watch.
