LSU signed Eli ricks because of Ed Orgeron pre-existing relationship with him and his family back in his USC days
That was not a Corey Raymond deal.

He got Elias Ricks, Stingley and the top safety class in the nation from last year.
Elias Ricks: Most think he quit on the '21 team and has now transferred to our biggest rival. Played in only 6 games.
Stingley: Everyone expected him to leave early for the NF after 3 years, but I think nearly everyone reasonably expected him to play 3 full seasons at LSU. Did he quit on the team this year?? None of us can know, but it looks suspicious. Played in only 3 games.

Kind of funny the differing opinions in fan bases. Our fanbase has been criticizing others for NIL deals, while the Arkansas fanbase feels he's only coming here for the paycheck. They seem pretty confident that he's coming to LSU, btw.

Ward needs to go back to Nickel. McGlothern at one CB spot. Then you need another outside CB and Atleast 1 big time safety. Hopefully Sage Ryan and Jacoby Matthews are ready to roll full throttle next year too for us at Safety
