You didn’t watch the game if you think our CBs were a weakness.

Same issues as the last few years; we need to shore up the offensive and defensive lines. We haven’t had a Whitworth, Wilkerson, J. Hawkins, L. Collins, W. Clapp, E. Pocic, T. Turner in a few years now.

Depth is a big problem and we welcome all the monsters we can get.

These are still the glaring weaknesses on this team

Glaring weaknesses are for the transfer portal to fix. You don't fix those with incoming freshmen. By the time those freshmen are ready to play the weaknesses will be elsewhere.

There are some exceptions, like Will Campbell but not many.

I’d throw linebackers in there too. We’ve got 1 committed. We need guys that are sure tacklers.

Agreed. OL, CB and LB should be who we have to focus on to finish out the class.

I agree that we need another running back, 2 more OL, and one more DT.

Don't we already have 2 running backs committed?

It's true that help is badly needed at LB. However, I still believe that Perkins will be the real deal and his LB spot is in very good hands.

Perkins needs to start now. Idc. He’s the most athletic LB we have by far.

With how many LBers saw the field on Sunday it's highly questionable that he never received an opportunity. Weren't there reports he was rotating in with the 1's at time during camp?

As far as helping immediately, it’s RB. Our current group is really, really bad and it’s traditionally been the easiest position to translate from right out of high school. Emery may come back and be a stud—I doubt it—but even if he does, he’s gone anyway. We have to get a Game 1 ready stud. Not sure if the 2 we have committed for this bill (not doubting them, I just don’t know anything about them really), but if they don’t, we’ve got to find one somewhere.

Pretty telling that Perkins was listed 2nd on the depth cart but when we went w 2nd string LBs in the game it was Weeks and Fields. Perkins aint ready yet

He doesn’t know his responsibilities obviously. Everyone knows he’s the most physically gifted LB we have

I'll be surprised if we're not done at running back. Jackson is ranked 6 and Holly is 18, they're both from Louisiana and I haven't heard about another RB on the radar.

Do you guys think we're taking 3 this year?
