Yes that is Landon Jacksons IG account. He answered that question an hour ago on the IG page lsuplug_. He was participating in a Q&A.

Plenty of players have live alone in 2 br apartments. Some live alone, some let a friend stay in the 2nd room, and some have a gf with them. I think "technically" the player can live alone if they pay for the second room.
