My guess is it only bothers people who have zero life outside of football. I feel kind of sad for those people.

Who the hell cares. If your opinion of this situation was anything more than “it would be cool if we landed Bussey but even if we don’t, life will go on just fine” you are too wrapped up in LSU football.

His tweets aren’t for you. Grown men shouldn’t be getting triggered by them

He used to have a lot of people convinced he was a real for real insider, until Lincoln Riley. Even after it became pretty clear it wasn't gonna be Riley, he kept posting about it, and it became the hill where his insider cred died upon.

Maybe his tweets are for potential recruits, commits, and members of team & staff. He is too valuable for LSU and a Huge part of the staff.
But for a fan to get butthurt because he’s not satisfying your needs and your interpretation of his tweets is kinda of weird, just my opinion.

Hey cap, yea this thread turned into a mess. Was not trying to throw Sherm under the bus, and I definitely wasn’t getting my hopes up. All I was saying is the cryptic tweets can get old, because it typically is NOT that serious, but the positive spin usually wins with us. I was more so trying to gather people’s thoughts about the situation, you know what a message board is for.

Yes, he is a nuisance HERE. Or more specifically, the threads involving rabbit holes and dead ends created by his cult followers on TD are the nuisance topics.
BTW, where is the proof that some of you give him credit for in pushing prospects towards LSU. Give me one single name of a commit that said, "Yeah, Sherman Wilson was the reason I signed with LSU."

You are a great poster and obviously you didn't cross my mind on this. Once again, I have seen 0 people here complain about his official job. What I have seen many people criticize him for are his over the top posts. The early, few tweets I have read from him (don't read them now) puts him as the Dick Vitale of LSU recruiting. Psst, I don't like Dick Vitale for the exact same reason.

And to repeat one more time, I don't think SW is posting here under an alias but it creates chaos when his vacuous and really meaningless tweets construct a bunch of dead end topics, rabbit holes, and wild, unfounded scenarios. JMHO. As many have done here, thank you for what you do on this forum.
