I don’t really complain that much, and I think our class is great. Sherm is probably a big part of that as well.

However, is it just me or is the cryptic tweets kind of getting old? I understand showcasing positive vibes and what not, but sometimes it can backfire. All week it can be assumed that he was hinting Bussey, similar thing when he posts eye emojis like a surprise is on the way.

Again, I like Sherm. He is a valuable asset to LSU, but I think we probably need to take the cryptic tweets lightly and what not.

Just my thoughts.

Its kind of like the time you was pumping up Lincoln Riley about it being a done deal before we hired BK

I don’t. Thing is every time he posts something cryptic it’s posted here, and we try to decipher it I guess .

Maybe it’s not that big of a issue, was just curious what others thought about it.

If Brian Kelly and the recruiting staff saw it as a negative then it wouldn't be happening

He might be great at his job, and I'm glad about that. I also think he is annoying and sensitive on Twitter and it's a bad look for LSU.

it's gotten to the point that when he does this, I just assume zero good news is headed our way.

Every time I've seen one of his cryptic tweets posted here I've never seen a followup thread where it's actually come to fruition.

I can agree that the cryptic tweets have gotten old.

But he is definitely a valuable member of the staff.

Possibly, but when he drags people like Lane Kiffin and Billy Liucci in with him, it makes them look much worse.

Apples to Oranges situation here. Sherman Wilson actually works for LSU, and represents them. I don’t. His word will carry a lot more weight than what goes on in message boards.

Hope that helps

Wish I could upvote 1000 times. He needs a new schtick! Really becoming a nuisance and nnnnnoooo I quit following the link but as some say, that crap gets posted here as dead end/rabbit hole threads. And yyyyeeessss, I will quit commenting on him but I'm supporting the others who are just sick and tired of these Nostradamus quatrains...minus the poetry part.

Why? He relates to young recruits with twitter and the way he uses it. Obviously he was pumping some tweets out that didn’t pan out for us but I’d rather him do what he’s doing than be silent

Keep in mind that they recruit 2 classes at a time.

Don’t take it that serious. He was probably just hoping that Bussey would ride that twitter wave but knew deep down inside what was going to happen.

It's not even the cryptic tweets. It's the fact that he is constantly going back and forth with random Twitter trolls.

What do you think his job is?

He is suppose to go on Twitter and make lsu look like the place to be. He is suppose to put out tweets like lsu has the momentum in a recruiting battle.

Yall read way too much into that shite

I wouldn't have given 2 shits about recruiting today but between his tweets and our "insiders" indicating good things on Bussey I reluctantly got invested. It's like Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown all over again. Lol
