Can someone please tell me what is "WPS"? Several of the Arky tweets on Devin White's Twitter have that.

In terms of his position at the next level......
Obviously the need is at LB over RB at LSU at the moment, that much is clear. But if the kid has his heart set as an rb, let him play rb. If he changes his mind when he gets to campus, outstanding. If not, we picked up a hell of a back.
I'm reminded of ODB jr. coming out of high school. He was recruited as a DB by a lot of people, including us. But he had his heart set as a WR, he even came out and said it again at the AA game. Obviously, he knew what was right for him and it paid off, big time. Maybe he would've been a great DB but I can't imagine he's ever looked back.
We've had other moves too:
KB from DE to MLB
Mingo from LB to DE
JC Copeland from DT to FB, although I wonder if that didn't cost him his NFL career.
Coleman from LB to S, I think? Or was it vice versa?
RS from QB to WR
It'll be interesting to see what happens to White, kid can flat out play, I'll just be happy to have him.

JC Copeland was not big enough to play DL in NFL
He mauled some people at FB though while at LSU

Wasnt Claiborne recruited as a WR ?
Posted on 1/8/16 at 1:49 pm to Bosethus68
i think so
I remember that many people were REALLY excited about him because he was severely under evaluated, but those in the know knew he was going to be a star

Is it expected that he will play MLB or what? He's really big.

I know he didnt have many offers and was either a 2 or 3 star, but seems like he was either a WR or listed at Athlete

Claiborne was at WR. Then about 1 week into practice he completely took over at DB.
