The following is a joke and mocking the nonsense that is posted all the time by the NegaTigers. And YES, I know what position he plays!
"Yeah, but can he play DT?"

HELL YES!
If LBs and DBs don't want to play on the same defense as this, I got nothin for ya!

I'm loving this if those numbers are true.
No way he is 6'5 though.
Let's start the d line train.

Guess you don't remember Dominick McKinley the #1 player in Louisiana this past recruiting cycle.

Agree. Sweat is shorter than that with the platform sandals on. Zion is shorter than him. I have never understood why, with all the time, research and data, recruiting analysts can't ever get confirmed heights and weights or at least update them on their profiles. Seems very simple to do.

Crown (or anyone else), any thoughts on Dilan Battle? He's got a great offer list, and LSU is at least in the running. Or do we try to get Brown and look at someone else?

This is exactly what we needed.

I haven't heard anything about Battle for awhile. I have seen from recruits.LSU picking LSU to land Reginald Vaughn and Walter Mathis Jr as of right now.

That’s a big, strong and long young man right there. Exactly what LSU should have along the entire DL two deep, going three deep in spots.
See I’ve always been of the opinion that LSU should have bigger DE’s but also have your lighter 3rd down or long situational type DE’s we can call on in those situations. But having 4 or 5 or them isn’t what we should have been aiming for. Having 2-3 is good. Then load up on the bigger guys or the more balanced guys for every down or base sets. That gives you the option to be big when needed but also have plenty of speed and athleticism when needed. I know it’s much easier said than done but we should be able to pull that off at a school like LSU.
We absolutely need the big boys but at the same time, it’s really nice to be able to switch it up and go with tons of speed when thats needed in a game. Having just two stud speedsters is nice to have coming off the edge when your big boys have done their job.
With that said, it is so darn nice to see LSU getting back to what we have always been known for. Big boys on the lines of scrimmage to absolutely dominate.

Four-star DL Zion Williams commits to LSU, boosting their 2025 Top 3 class. Chose Tigers over Texas, TCU, Texas A&M.
