Yeah, the timeline doesn’t make sense with that story.
Philips visits LSU on June 14, then visits Texas on June 21. Then he commits to Texas on July 6.
Something clearly happens between July 6 and today. However, if it was something on his official visit to Texas, why would he commit two weeks later?
