Tall and lean and wears his weight well. Appears a tad narrow through the core but owns ample space for bulking potential. Shows consistently good hand placement and keeps his mitts inside targets. Dellinger was once rated the #2 recruit in the composite, FWIW. 97 v. 95 doesn’t make too much of a difference in my opinion, but Deculus makes clear that they can underwhelm.
Notre Dame scares me a bit, but I haven’t seen much info on what’s in this kid’s head. He is a huge get off we pull him.

I regardless of his star ranking, he is a definite take IMO. I think Jones has lots of potential and with him being an in-state kid, he must be made a priority for the 2022 class.
And from all that I’ve read on his recruitment, they are treating him as such (pushing hard for him).
I like where we stand and I’m hopeful he will be committing to the good guys in near future
