That is an OT build, but remember Lane doesn't want slow plodders in his offense. Functional strength and agility matter just as much on the offensive line as size and raw strength. That was one of the things I noticed about this line they put together. These guys aren't sloppy

One of the shows I watched (can't remember which), the recruiting guy said that Simien is a bit smallish, maybe closer to 6'2. Wolford has a type like Corey. He likes big tall OL. Not saying they wouldn't take Simien because he's very good, but they may not break the bank for him.

I believe Moscona is just touching on they’re not going to over pay for an unproven freshman unless they check all the boxes.
Why spend a bunch of money up front if they get upset about lack of playing time and decide to transfer. For example, how much did we pay for Lance Heard compared to his production?
