I really hope we can land him, reminds me a lot of AP physically and he does pull away from everybody. Explosive speed, IMO is 4.3 speed. A running back with his measurables power and agility along with 4.45 speed is a must start from day one.

I actually seen PP beat for catches a lot more then tm7. PP missed more tackles to but he still was god everywere.
In PP7 I saw one of the best CBs I've ever seen in college. There is no comparing him with anyone else who's ever played at LSU.

I will sound like an idiot to some people, but speed is not the most important trait in RBs (definitely an important facet, but not the most important). I would say durability, vision and agility are more vital to the position.
Sounds to me like you know what you're talking about. In my lifetime, the best tailback LSU has had was Dalton Hilliard. He had below average speed, but vision, an unbelievable cut, and shocking power. Ask Ronnie Lott who consistently said Hilliard was the toughest guy he ever had to tackle.

I've seen him run..... he has some boosters.
These rivals camps are starting to get recockulous.

Seriously, if he does again this year what he did last year (or even better!), he is an all-time great college football player. Up there with Casanova as best defensive player ever at LSU.

THIS X 1000!!! Dalton the Beast. Can't tackle what you can't touch!

This is so bogus! I personally watched him run away from Derrick Raymond, who is just crazy fast.

he has enough speed to be the most dominating rb in the country. i would not categorize it as explosive, but who cares? the dude is an animal.

He is not faster than Raymond

He smoked Raymond & Sandolph on the field last season... Of course he weighed 20lbs less and was an inch shorter then...

don't know about Sandolph. But Raymond was the 4A 100m & 200m champion.
Raymond's 200m is like a whole second better than Fournette.
He's not faster than Raymond. Bottom line.
