I'm happy for everyone involved but isn't he kind of old for the job?

All he needs is some young faces around him...
Kids loving that news... Maybe we can finally play some D again..

You are talking about Jordan Snead. He is no longer with the program and hasn't been for maybe a month.

Spoke with Coach Mitch just recently, told me Vino at Cox now.. Dumb shite went down with a bunch of sophs at AUG.. He was pissed about that...

The linchpin to this team has been #3 D'Vante Jones ever since. Handles the ball very well and he can score. The kid with the headband if you watched them play

DJ will be one of the top PG in the state...

We did have that big FR Isaiah Lewis playing Varsity but he needed some fine tuning, so Mitch moved him to the 9th grade squad...

I spoke to him at the Aug/Ehret scrimmage... Lost some muscle weight... Said he focused more on running this season and will bulk up next yr..
LOL!!

He left cause Crutch wanted him at LB... Pretty good kid though... Reminds me of my lil cuz Lawrence Breaud who balled at Shaw...

Shoulda I've never heard more excuses come out of more schools in a given year It's etched in stone for eternity, fellas. Don't be mad, just deal with it. Gotta learn to let go.

Mad? Nah, just Impatient, lol

Since Otis left after only 10yrs on the job, it's always been the coaching... Shite, when I was there, we never practiced kickoffs, PAT, or even punts and hardly ever do til this day... Now go back and look at how many times AUG lost by 1 or 3 pts...

It looks as if we are adding soccer, so maybe we can find a coach to help now...

Hey 5, you seen the gym recently

I can understand last year. It does feel cheapened. But they did beat Staug, prob the best team in 5a on either side

Nah!!

I'm going against my Alma and choosing Acadiana as well... Rummel actually had the advantage playing AUG again, considering we are still shuffling around a permanent coaching staff that dates back to '01, shite probably all the way to mid 90's... Jay is still top dog of the league...

Heard Victor doing pretty good at Prep... It's going to be tough for them to bring home that National Title with the school from Cali in their way...

Proud of coach MJ and the Purple Knights... Only his 2nd yr on the job and reached the Top 28 this season without Craig Victor

If the kids bought into his system earlier, we would have been more consistent finishing out the big games...

Definitely want to see NC win in 5A...

4A will be a toss up with LW/EJ/STM...
GL to coach Scott... Met him at the AUG/Ehret scrimmage last fall before he had practice... Those kids looked up to him...
Damn, Crutch had the frosh playing?

I thought the Mitchell kid was #2 QB?
Hey 5, 1st, congrats to the Knights being District Champs, but dude, I was receiving texts and heard Toi was screwing up again :banghead:

That's what I'm hoping for as well, especially sense I heard the game was a classic... I think yall QB deserve some national attention after that one...

If we didn't fumble at the 3yd line in the Karr game we'll be undefeated...

Shite happens... It's how you bounce back that matters... Let's see what those Tigers do against Rummel...
I heard AUG kicker was hurt and didn't play...
Have to love the resilience in this yr squad though... We would have 3 or 4 losses without it...
Man, I was receiving texts the entire game... Heard HC played zone and it frustrated Toi at times forcing him to throw a couple of INTs... Fumbled the ball as well, AGAIN!!!!!!!!! Good gameplan by those Tigers... Hopefully I'll get to see the rematch in the post season...

Yes they are. We beat ourselves to them. And they had a healthy speedy. St aug should have beat Karr 31-14. Yea im butthurt

Indeed!!

I must have watched the game 5 times and when LF was out most of the 3rd, so did our O...

That RB for Curtis #3 was clearly the best player...

So it's only showing on cox? I have dish

The game is on one of those new Fox Sports channels... Believe Dish should definitely have both...
