Who you all ran the frick out of town on a rail, thus making your program irrelevant for a decade. Now you idiots are slobbering over him again. I’ve had a front row seat to your train wreck, and it’s been a joy to behold. Have fun with a major rebuild and continuing to fight it out with Vandy and UK for the East basement.

Well Thomas probably won't be welcome at a lot of places in baton rouge anymore.
Why would he even be coming to Baton Rouge any longer?

Some people on TD that was calling for Miles to be a future AD at LSU should watch Fulmer while he's the AD there at Tennessee. It would be the same results imo because Miles shares a lot of the same traits as a Fulmer.

Just a quick question, but do you know what this whole thread is about? Or what board it's on?

At his presser it reminded me of a younger Orgeron before he learned a few lessons when he was hired at OM saying pretty much he will have his hands in everything... we shall see how this works out for Tenn...

SEC country just put out an article that Tennessee’s weekend was a huge hit with Juco prospects. No mention of Traore though. Mentioned six other prospects including the 5 Juco OT

This! Why TF would y'all be that concerned when a team doesn't even have it's Head Coach at the school yet?!?!? Doesn't make any sense to me, especially since this is the last weekend to official visit somewhere before he signs early. It's a free trip with some of his good friends from the school he's at now? So what? Would y'all not take a free trip with our friends if given the chance? This is nothing but a free ride.

Probably nothing to worry about but ideally you want the last visit to be LSU.

I bet if there were a study done on recruits and what schools they commit to, the highest percentage would go to the last school they visited.

You're right about that. It's not because of what you think though. Most of the recruit's set up their favorite school or the one they're committed to as their last visit. I don't expect the big guy to flip to tn, he should know he would have a bigtime opportunity to start for a better program in LSU. I think he's just taking the visit to take it bc why not?

There should be a certain level of ethics people should have in the world. I understand most don't operate this way, but they should. Grimes, for example, just took a promotion, but was out recruiting the day before. He will also stay at LSU and coach the bowl game and most practices. Pretty honorable if you ask me. AT is at UT one day and is already getting visits from our commits? Pretty dirty IMO. And if that is the Character of AT, I'm glad he isn't at LSU anymore.

Do you know why Phil left UT? His championship and success was built on the same framework as North Carolina basketball. They cheated but didn't have the NCAA pull as UNC to avoid the fall. They had a staff of tutors who were taking tests and writing papers for football players. When a professor flipped and exposed it all, the players left and they could no longer keep up.
Lets wait and see if Phat Phil returns to his old habits.

So looks like Austin Thomas may not be going to UT. He needs to come back to BR and bring Traore with him.
